Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET AN ESTIMATE?
A. No cost! Pro Remodeling will provide you with a written estimate at no charge to you. Just give us a call to set up an appointment.
Q: How do I choose the items needed for my project? Will you help me make selections? Who pays for the items and makes sure the items are delivered to the jobsite on time?
A. We provide building materials such as lumber, drywall, insulation, paint, etc. We’re happy to help you select items such as tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinetry, paint colors and so on. Once you have chosen the items, we will purchase, pick up and deliver them to the jobsite.
Q: How much do you charge by the hour/foot?
A. Because all jobs are different, we customize each bid individually based on the scope of the project.
Q: Do you do all of the work yourselves?
A: As one of the most trusted Tucson remodeling companies, we are proud to do most work with our personnel. To assist us in giving you the highest level of quality, we use hand-picked subcontractors on occasion who are experts in their respective fields. All of our subcontractors are registered contractors and are licensed and insured.

Q: Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
A. Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We are licensed and registered contractors in the state of Arizona, as well as the cities of Tucson, Oro Valley and Marana. We carry a complete liability insurance package and workman’s compensation.
Q. HOW DO I GET THE ESTIMATE AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR HIRING PRO REMODELING?
A. Call us to set up an appointment for a free estimate. We will come out to your jobsite, discuss the details of your project with you and send a written bid proposal by mail, fax, or email – usually within a week. Once you call us to accept the proposal, we will discuss payment terms, start date and duration of the job, etc. We mail you our standard contract for review and signature. When the signed contract is received by us, we will call you to schedule a start date and we will begin ordering the materials and fixtures needed for your project. Work commences on the agreed upon date. Job is completed. Enjoy!
Q. Will there be a mess during the project? Can I live in the house while work is being done?
A. Remodeling can create a mess, but don’t fear. Pro-Remodeling knows how to contain and control the debris generated during demolition and construction. We are sensitive to your living conditions and will do all that we can do to make sure you can reside in your house during construction, whether you’ve hired us for a kitchen restoration or handicap or disablity remodeling.
